FAQs

What is the status of my order?

Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Once a shipping label is created, the tracking number will be emailed. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to be updated. 

What payment methods to you accept?

You can purchase on our website using a debit, credit card or with Paypal. 

Do you accept returns?

We do accept returns in respect to the following conditions:

  • The item shouldn't have been used in any way.
  • The return or exchange request is made within 14 days of delivery.
  • The return is made within 14 days of the return or exchange request.
  • The customer is responsible for shipping on the return item.

Do you restock items? 

We try to restock our items to the best of our ability. If an item is showing out of stock please email us and we can let you know if we are able to get more in. You can also sign up to our email list to be notified of restock on all items.
